A true symbol of spring indulgence, our Fraisier offers a fresh take on a timeless classic:
a soft sponge and a crispy biscuit intertwined to hold a strawberry compote reminiscent of marmalade, a light vanilla cream, and generous whole strawberries.
A refreshing, well-balanced dessert, both melting and crunchy.

🍓 Strawberry tarts: an ode to simplicity

On a crisp, all-butter Breton shortbread base, we lay a smooth pastry cream and carefully selected whole strawberries.
A pure and straightforward dessert—unfussy and honest, letting the fruit’s natural flavor shine atop a deliciously rich base.

Much loved by our customers, the raspberry tart is a Saint-Aulaye classic.
